iPad not detecting after login screen

if iPad is detecting on user option but not detecting after selecting and put the password.

No1- Try with different Apple device and other device to check the USB port of laptop (USB Port Working )
No2- Try Connecting iPad with different laptop windows/ Mac ( iPad detecting)
No3- Restore the iPad with latest software it will detect on mac after putting password.
