You can modify it slightly as well to lock out standard users completely by requiring an administrator username and password to mount storage devices.
Step-1: USB ports blocked and Profile Enable
I have created the USB ports, App Store, CD & DVD and iCloud blocking profile through JAMF Pro and exported.
We have tested in one Mac, All USB ports, App Store,CD & DVD and iCloud blocked.We tried to delete the profile from Mac, but it will ask administration password for delete.After enter the administration password, profile will delete from Mac and all ports will works fine.

Follow the below process for delete the hided/disabled profiles from Mac:
How to Open terminal
1.Click the Finder icon in your dock.
2. Click Go.
3. Click Utilities.
4. Double-click Terminal.
Go to Root user
Command sudo su
Enter System administration password
Command profiles -D
Type : Y Click enter
Next Enter Command
Reboot and enter.
After reboot the machine profile will delete and all ports and device will normally.
